Character design, for publication in the first issue of Pitch magazine. The brief was the bring to life the satirical characters created by the writers to describe the types of people you find at a festival. The challenge was trying to retain the humour of the written descriptions, but was overcome with the poses and props given to each.

Socktober
A really fun brief from a long term freelance client was to create sock characters for use in their ‘Socktober’ campaign, across a range of print and digital platforms. The campaign was aimed at raising awareness for mental health. I particularly enjoyed the process involved in trying out a range of different character designs before settling on the final one.

Iconography
The client wanted a bespoke set of icons to accompany their social media skill sharing website. The problem I had to overcome was to try and avoid these social media icons looking too corporate. This was overcome with subtle texture and a more abstract to iconography.
